My mother recently underwent robotic knee replacement surgery at Renova Neelima Hospital, performed by Dr. S. Radhakrishnan Rao. We are extremely happy and grateful for the excellent care and results. Dr. Radhakrishnan Rao is not only highly skilled but also very patient and compassionate. He explained every step of the procedure clearly, which helped us feel confident and comfortable throughout the process. My mother is recovering well, and we can already see the improvement. The hospital staff and nursing team were very attentive, caring, and supportive at every stage — from admission to discharge. The facilities are clean, well-maintained, and organized, making the overall experience smooth and stress-free. 1) we had the worst experience at Neelima Hospital.First we went to Neelima hospital at Moti Nagar,they prefer to go Renova Neelima hospital Sanath Nagar branch, for an emergency there is no ambulance,my Dad got brain stroke and altimate he gets praliced also,we booked Rapido and went. 2) Once we reached Renova Neelima hospital sanath Nagar, there was also the same problem.After so much Drama happened it's very critical we have sent for MRI at Kukatpally hospital for emergency,we said ok,they are asking Frist we have to do the payment then only start the process, that also ok,we done payment also,now the story is waiting for Ambulance.one Ambulance is already is there at Renova Neelima hospital.they waiting for Kukatpally Ambulance they are coming to take MRI. They are not given hospital Ambulance, waiting for another Ambulance.they all going nonsense. 3) Finally an ambulance was taken. For MRI,we are waiting one hour, 4) Once they came, after the MRI,they wanted to be admitted to the ICU, for emergencie, again they asked for ICU payment then only start the process,we said ok.admited on 27/02/26 evening, from morning 10.30 am to evening 3.45 approx timing. 5) After admitted in ICU.just they are giving only slips to get the medicine,we getting medicine,but what is the condition of patient no one responding.not even ICU doctor also.Security telling once that Dr.will they tell you.two days we are waiting for the great Dr.Nikhila Batahu. 6) After two days that Dr.Nikhila Batahu , she is not even giving ensures that your Daddy is ok under treatment,he alright don't worry will take care she is not telling that, just casual saying blood clots is there,he is in under observation for 48.hrs he will be in ICU.only hardly 5 minutes she spoke an run away. 7) we waiting for results how my Daddy treatment is going on.my God , Sister also heartting, Next again we asking when Dr.Nikhila madam come, sister told she is coming by 11,am we waiting since morning to stii 4 pm, that time also just 2 mints talk.she run away 8) After 48hrs,she informed to ICU doctor shifted to General ward, they given only slips what medicine given to patient we don't now. 9) After shifting to General ward,my Daddy was same condition, what treatment done we don't know,we are worry, again 2times they do CT Scan, but they not explain about CT Scan, 10) we are forcing and asking for a sister Condition of patient, they said we already informed to Dr.Nikhila madam. What kind of Dr.Nikhila Batchu,we had worst experience about this kind of Doctor i never see. 11) Finally on 05/03/26 Dr.Nikhila told that give discharge today. Not even she given confident about the patient.on phone she informed to sister. And she came around 4 pm.that time also not even spend 10.mints with patient they family members,she not given confident.be strong nothing will happened.your Dad is fine, after fizyotherapy he will be fine at least this words also not telling, what kind of Doctor she,that Renova Neelima hospital, just making business and earning money only, once a day God is there,he will show you the pain of middle class family,how they suffer, After God we believed 2nd God for Doctor.But here That Dr.Nikhila Batch and her team members all worst.means worst. On Check Out Day morning they told they will patient Diet Menu,till evening they given diet menu also.how the people working in the hospital.today means 06/03/26 send the diet menu at 11.18 am. we already given diet food to patient by 8,am.so what is the use to send at 11.18. we have wait for menu. Finally please don't go Renova Neelima hospital or any branch, specially middle class family will not bear this kind of bills.please friends don't go means don't,For rating iam giving one star for house keeping and Security.
