My wife Ranganayakamma got her both eyes cataract surgeries done here. Everything was very systematic and perfect to the core. The professional competence of the doctor to the lower staff was exemplary. Our sincere thanks to the doctors and staff of this beautiful eye care center for giving me a bright vision again.

The way of ritu madam taking with patients is not properly. they are telling that we are running the hospital for danda purpose only not for patients satisfaction. The way of taking madam is very rudely. I suggest her to behave properly with patients because we are coming near you on trust. Money is not important.

Dr is very experienced. My mother went through surgery in her both eyes with a considerable number of days gap on emergency. The way Dr treated her is above satisfactory. the service of the nursing staff and supporting staff is appreciable and worth mentioning... I am Vasantha yedavally. I took my mother for cataract surgery to Rishab eye care . She has been visiting the hospital since more than a decade. She insisted on going to this hospital as she trusts and has great faith in Dr Rajalingam . All the staff is very cordial , supportive,friendly and approachable . She got operated for both the eyes and she is doing quite fine. I thank Dr Rajalingam and Dr Rita Rajalingam from the bottom of my heart. Thanks to all the staff too. I and my daughter had a very bad experience at Rishab Eye Centre, ECIL. I was made to wait for 2.5 hours, even though there was no proper communication from the staff. The doctor later shouted at my daughter, claiming her eyes were not properly dilated, when in fact it was clearly the staff’s mistake for not checking it properly in the first place. After two rounds of eye check-ups, the doctor suddenly told us to go for a retina test, but did not clearly explain why the test was needed or what exactly it was for. They charged ₹500 for consultation and ₹2000 for the retina test, but still did not provide proper guidance. When we finally showed the report, the doctor barely explained anything and simply said, “Go to Ramana, we don’t do LASIK.” He didn’t even bother to mention that earlier or guide us properly. The whole experience felt careless, unprofessional, and very frustrating. Overall, I had a very disappointing and stressful experience, and I would not recommend this centre to anyone looking for proper care, respect, or clarity in treatment.
