However, I have a humble request, could you please update the clinic’s visiting hours in online on Google or paste notification outside of clinic? It would be helpful if the recess period from 12 PM to 3 PM IST could be clearly mentioned, so people can plan their visits accordingly and avoid unnecessary waiting.

The doctors were fantastic knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. The facility is clean and modern. My LASIK treatment was successful, and I am so happy with the results. Doctor is good , treatment is good but administrative part it's very poor. Hospital not able to provide proper bills to insurance company for treatment expenses. Hence Patient getting satisfied and it's cost to us. I must request Hospital management to look into the same.
I've been going to this hospital since 2016 and now in 2025, for about 9 years only the infrastructure, technology and staff are changed. But the process with which we go through has not changed a bit. The medicines are still highly expensive with no discount and only available at their in-hospital shop. The eye glasses sold there are also very expensive with no endurance. The medical procedures have advanced in both technology and money. The doctors and staff are the good side of the hospital.
