I had a very good experience at Medicover Hospital. The staff was polite, caring, and attentive throughout my stay. I would especially like to appreciate Supervisor Mr.Ashish from the Food Service Department . He was extremely courteous and ensured that the meals were served on time and as per the doctor’s diet plan. He always checked if everything was satisfactory and went the extra mile to make sure patients were comfortable. The food was hygienic, well-prepared, and thoughtfully customized for patients’ needs. Ashish’s professionalism and kindness truly made a positive difference during my hospital stay.

The reception staff made me feel welcome immediately and guided me through the whole process with such kindness and humbleness. A huge thank you to the X-Ray, ECG, and Sonography teams for being so supportive and making the tests feel seamless. If you're looking for a reliable place for medical care, I highly recommend them! Donno about others who are praising the wellness services provided here, i personally had a horrible experience here. The assigned unit for wellness checkup was stinking right at the entrance. The washroom where when one gets their sample collected was dirty with no water supply in the sink. Also, no hygiene was taken care of while getting tests such as Ultrasound and ECG done. Every patient was lying on the same bed with no underlying paper cloth placed, that must be changed for every patient in an ideal situation. The consultations with doctors was also not comprehensive. They were just diagnosing us on surface level. For eg, the ophthalmologist did not check our retina. Many other such incidences took place today. If you are charging us with the same amount of bucks for a health checkup that any other good hospital would do, then atleast provide us with an equivalent good service. Overall not a good experience at all... No cleanliness, no hygiene, no in-depth consultations.
