⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Experience at Sahyadri Hospital, Deccan Gymkhana, Pune We had a very positive and reassuring experience at Sahyadri Hospital, Deccan Gymkhana, Pune, where my wife Mrinal underwent a successful ACL ligament and meniscus surgery. From the very beginning until discharge, the entire journey was smooth, well-coordinated, and truly patient-centric. The overall user experience was excellent. The hospital premises are extremely clean, hygienic, and well-organized. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and immaculately maintained, which greatly supported my wife’s recovery and gave us peace of mind. The medical as well as non-medical staff were extremely supportive, polite, and attentive. Everyone we interacted with showed genuine care, professionalism, and promptness in addressing our concerns. The nursing care was particularly commendable. When our child was admitted with severe bronchopneumonia, the staff's professionalism and compassion turned a stressful time into a journey of healing. We are very satisfied with the hospital services, especially the nursing staff who supported us throughout the process. The nurses were very friendly and caring. We would especially like to mention Nurse Drishala, who was very calm and had a truly kind and helpful nature. We are also very grateful to Mr. Khiraj, who guided and coordinated with us throughout the entire process, making everything much easier and smoother for us.
