I got my braces treatment done at this clinic, but the services were far from satisfactory. Later, when I asked for retainers, they quoted an unreasonably high price of ₹15,000. Since it was unaffordable, I got them from another place for just ₹3,000 with much better quality and services. I had also gotten permanent retainers installed in my lower teeth from this clinic as part of my ₹40,000 package. When they broke, I went back for correction, which was clearly included in my package. Shockingly, they denied the service just because I chose to get my upper retainers from another provider. What’s worse, after this, the clinic started harassing me and my family with constant phone calls and even abusive language. This is not only unprofessional but also completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise against choosing this clinic. They charge high prices for poor services, fail to honor their own packages, and their lack of professionalism makes the entire experience even worse.
