What patients say
67 on Googleunethical medical practices at Samarth Hospital in Talegaon, specifically concerning Dr. Amit Kothari.i had been observed in two hours that patients with relatively minor conditions, like food poisoning, are being admitted for an unnecessarily long period, undergoing unnecessary tests such as X-rays and ECGs, which lead to inflated medical bills I had been charged for no reason and given a worst experience in hospital. Post I rejected for admission for four days I had been. Ask to leave hospital immediately being they don't have bed for us. I hope other have experience the same Pls avoid suggestions or reference to our love ones .
😡😡Third-class service😡😡 Extremely poor service at this hospital! My husband was admitted as a patient, and not even once did a doctor come to check on him or update us about his condition or treatment progress. It seems their only priority is to claim money from insurance. We gave a urine sample at 4 PM, but no one came to collect it until the next day at 10 AM – and we had to throw it away ourselves because no test was done. When we asked, the staff just said someone would come to collect it, but no one showed up. The staff is very rude and unprofessional. No one knows what’s going on, and no one is willing to explain anything. There is absolutely no communication. The patient is completely neglected. When the IV line finished and my husband’s hand was swollen, they didn’t even have basic ointment to reduce the swelling. Instead, they casually told us, “It’s finished, can you bring it from outside?” So the question is – dear doctors, how can you justify taking insurance money when this is the kind of care you provide? 🙏🏻🙏🏻Please do not choose this hospital.🙏🏻🙏🏻 For them, a patient is just a way to make money. There is absolutely no humanity or proper care here.
I had a very disappointing experience with this hospital. It feels like they view patients as customers to be charged excessively, especially if you have insurance. The costs are incredibly high, and the overall approach seems more focused on profit than patient care. On top of that, they always recommend unnecessary admissions, including ICU stays, which feels like an attempt to rack up more charges. It’s frustrating when healthcare becomes more about billing than actual well-being.
very bad experience My mom was taking treatment with Dr Khedkar for so many years but in her critical times they admitted her for 2 hrs and didnt give any treatment ,my mom was conscious and was nicely talking to us parameters were stable in icu but sudden in two hours told to shift to other hospital as they didnt have proper set up which they could have denied first . she was sent without oxygen from 2nd floor and without giving any basic help such negligence from Doctors and icu staff is pathetic .How can u shift a critical patient without oxygen from 2 nd floor and that to on no strechers available in the hospital???charges are high but no facilities and patient is treated like an animal ,unproffesional staff,on the way my mom health deteriorated and she passed away on the way.Dr knew everything so why did they admit her???just to do some basic test and charge us heavily pls dont risk your life and your loved ones .worst place Samarth hospital
