Very bad experience painful test procedure without anaesthesia and counselling and painclear given before 5 minutes of procedure and patient release before rest and reports send after request again and again
Visited 2 times for CT Scan and CE MRI of brain and satisfactory service both the times. Almost no waiting period and report was provided same day
Very Poor Service. Doctor is busy having Coffee and not concerned about the patients waiting for tests.
Very poor service.. My mom 78 years old has been waiting for more than 3 hours.. Dr. Chandra Prakash was aware that the patient was waiting on the test bed. He has been saying for last 1 hour he is coming but nowhere to be found.. Very poor service.. 😢.. we should not encourage these places
Staff is good but my MRI reports came out to be wrong for me here. At saral I was diagnosed with Dermoid cyst but it was an endometriosis cyst in reality. I again had to do the MRI at Bansal hospital before surgery and they confirmed that it's endometriosis.
