166 on GoogleHad a horrible experience on the third day of follicle monitoring test. The lady doctor who was radiologist did the USG very unprofessionally, and gave misleading report. All the staff were well-behaved and prompt in their service.
Worst experience, they called yesterday night and told my dad test report is negative. And today they sent the report in evening which says it's positive. Similar experience had occured twice with this lab. Preety disappointing and dangerous. If reports are not correct, it may lead to speread of disease. How could they be that careless about it twice.
The service is not at all good. Yesterday someone had collected my sample around 2-3 noon and said reports will come on my whatsapp by next day. When I called in the the morning , he answered in a rude tone and said call the main office.He also said it will come by evening for sure. It is already 11:15 (night) , I dont know by when will I get my reports. None of the numbers is getting connected.
