Worst diagnostic center I have ever encountered. The pregnancy ultrasound report was completely wrong. The doctor does not know how to communicate with patients at all. Because of incorrect measurements and a faulty report, wrong treatment was given. I strongly advise everyone not to visit this test center. Not worthy of even one star.

Consulted for my father OpenMRI, the team here is really excellent and friendly. Despite of my father having huge fear for MRI and my previous attempts were failed with the same reason. But the team here , especially the lab technician, Naresh made my father felt calm and given enough to me relax before the scan. His friendly conversation helped my father a lot in getting the scan done. I should say Thanks to Naresh

Our experience at Satya Diagnostic Centre was disappointing. The reception team was unprofessional and not supportive, which made the process stressful from the beginning. We were informed that the report would not be shared via email or WhatsApp, requiring us to visit the centre. Even after being asked to return after 2 Hours, we had to make repeated visits unnecessarily. The scan report was later found to be unclear by our vascular surgeon. During the procedure, my mother experienced significant discomfort, and the overall patient handling lacked professionalism by Radiologist This was extremely upsetting for us. When patients visit a diagnostic centre, they expect professionalism, accuracy, and basic human empathy. Unfortunately, we experienced none of these. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves both the quality of reports and staff behavior.

Very professional and caring staff. The MRI technician explained every step clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the scan. Clean facility and smooth experience.
