Extremely disappointing experience with the hospital and its staff. My aunt was admitted under the Chiranjivi Bima Yojana, with the assurance that treatment would be free. However, the hospital does not have its own operation facilities and refers patients elsewhere, causing confusion and delays. The behavior of some staff members, particularly one female staff member, was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of showing empathy, she questioned why we chose this hospital if we were not satisfied—this is not the way to speak to patients who are already under stress. Moreover, after initial payment, we were charged additional amounts for minor things, which felt like unnecessary and avoidable charges. It gives the impression that the hospital is more focused on money than patient care. Overall, I found the hospital environment to be unsupportive and unwelcoming. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone seeking respectful treatment and proper care.

Most Third Class experience, Doctors are hardly available, leave patient on the telephone feedback of the most careless staff, even in the case of major & complex fracture Doctor is not available during time of plaster & patient is left to get tratead by a totally non expert staff Doctor always try to threaten you of critically of your problem & try to make money, I have seen they people making money out in case of plaster where government of Rajasthan has made it Free under the benefits of medical scheme Please never never go to such hospital

Scr hospital Jaipur is very nice service provide to patients. Doctor and staff service is very good and supportive and fully care providers . My mother has both knee replacement and now the condition is very well. ThankS SCR HOSPITAL .

I am Shashikant Umre, was admitted in SCR Hospital on 12 - 14 OCTOBER 2024 , for operation of my let hand wrist due to multiple fractures. This is Excellent Hospital , very sincere n dedicated Doctors & Nursing staff , Very good medical facilities. Best wishes to SCR Hospital Team.....

After taking an appointment of orthopedic specialist, I did not wait long to visit the specialist and complete the X-rays. The technician was friendly, patient, and professional. As it was our first meeting, Dr. Deependra Singh introduced himself and then patiently listened to my story of why I was there. He is a terrific doctor, and I will definitely see him again.” Thanks to SCR Hospital & all other supporting staff for helping me in every way to save my time.
