I have had two experiences with Shalby Hospital, Jabalpur—first when I took my brother there late at night due to a high fever after hepatitis, and later when my mother underwent a minor surgery. In both situations, the hospital provided excellent care. When we arrived around midnight with my brother, the staff was extremely supportive and attentive. They explained everything clearly, which really helped reduce the stress of the situation. We opted for a dual-occupancy room, which was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The TPA team was skilled and guided us well, helping us choose the best options for his treatment. Overall, the staff’s behaviour was very polite and supportive. My mother’s surgery experience was also very smooth. One thing worth highlighting is that attendants are not made to run around the hospital for medicines or small essentials—everything is arranged efficiently. Her recovery went very well, and we were satisfied with the entire process. She was covered under insurance, and the TPA handled everything smoothly without any issues. They were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout. Overall, Shalby Hospital has consistently provided excellent care, supportive staff, and a hassle-free experience. Highly recommended.

Today, my father went to Shalby Hospital, Jabalpur to get my mother admitted. Earlier, we had consulted Dr. Bahubali Jain at Netradham Hospital, but all the tests recommended by the doctor were conducted at Shalby Hospital. However, when my father went for admission, Dr. Nitin Sharma behaved very rudely. Dr. Nitin Sharma (Neuro Consultant) is a very rude doctor. He forced my father to leave the hospital. They said that since we had not consulted their doctors, they would not admit the patient and asked him to leave the hospital. He was humiliated and harassed despite being ready to pay for the treatment. Is this the system followed by Shalby Hospital? Such a money-minded and unprofessional attitude, along with extremely insensitive staff behavior, is truly disappointing. Unfortunately, this is not the first time — whenever we or people known to us have visited this hospital, we have faced similar experiences. My father is 78 years old. At least, there should be basic humanity and compassion to help an elderly person rather than humiliate them. Unfortunately, Shalby seems to care only about money and their illiterate and rude staff. They appear completely indifferent to the well-being of patients, as if it makes no difference to them even if a patient’s condition worsens or their life is at risk.

Please don't visit this hospital and avoid going here, They intentionally increases your fever and infection or whatever disease you have so that they can prescribe your higher dose medicine which will result in high cost. If someone want prove i can surely provide them with my old reports and reports that i got after getting treatment for 5 days. Worst hospital

Ratings are not genuine. Many lives were lost because of negligence and competency of the doctors. There are many cases ....unfortunately some of them are from my family and we lost them. Case 1 : My uncle went for simple open heart surgery and didn't come back. Case 2 : We took My maternal grandmother for the pain in lower back side. They gave an injection and bleeding started from excretion and they're not able to cure it. Ultimately we lost our grandma. Who is responsible for this. Neither govt. nor hospital?.
