At first I just have to say that I have no personal issues for the medical . I am here to say that before 3 days I have admitted my brother because he had a stone near to his abdomen part .. first they said that they have skilled doctors for the operation and tell us to do a various types of tests so we don't have any idea of that and what they have also said we just have to do .. in the first night they said that all the tests are done and the 2nd day they will do the operation but after the 1st day which doctor is consulting us for the cure of the problem he is not coming here for 2 days .. the other staffs are alo telling us that night that after the 2nd day end that there are more patients are also giving the line for the operation and our case should be considered for tomorrow but the 3rd day they r not doing anything and gives us just faith hope that the doctor will be coming .. this is the 4th day but the crew members are telling us that after 2pm the doctor will be come and after that they should have tell us what to do or not .. still after 3 days we r just waiting for the doctor and cure for the problems .. this is not the way how they treated us very badly not us but also all the patient and their attendant .. we r just harrassed but what can we do for that if we will said anything to the member of the hospital then we have the fear that they also take any revenge and that will be my brother's life then .. so we r just waiting

This hospital don’t have the option of QR code payment in the era of “Digital India”thus harassing and forcing the patients to make account payment as well as cash payment.

Worst hospital experience ever. After my mother’s surgery on 10/01/2026 at around 11:00 AM, no doctor bothered to check her for hours. This is not care, this is sheer negligence. Post-surgery monitoring is basic medical responsibility, yet the patient was left unattended as if her life did not matter. We were scared, helpless, and received no updates from the concerned doctor (Dr. Soni Nanda). If this is how post-operative patients are treated, I seriously question the hospital’s standards and ethics. Management must take responsibility. I would never recommend this hospital to anyone.

Excellent staff behaviours with good doctors available. Waiting time little bit late to consult but quick diagnosis by doctors. Hospital location is not noticeable to locate but you can use google map to reach. Building are not in a row or organised as departments. Hospital canteen fooding was good. The most good thing is all receptionist for OPD consultation are good in nature and manner.
