I went to the doctor naresh shanti mobident budh vihar to get my wisdom tooth removed. He charged me a lot of money for the extraction, but even after that, I was still experiencing pain in that area. When I went to the doctor again, he said that my front tooth needed treatment and a cap would also be fitted, which would cost Rs 15,000, and that this was the reason for my pain. But when I went to another doctor for a second opinion, they took an X-ray of my tooth, which showed that my wisdom tooth hadn't been completely removed, which is why I'm still in pain. There's no problem with my front tooth. Then I called Dr. Naresh Shanti Mobident, Budh Vihar, where I had the initial treatment. He was not even ready to admit the fact that any residue is there I then sent him an x-ray and the observation of the other doctor then he told me that which the other doctor is saying a residue it's actually a bone . Then I called the head office to complaint and they told me to come to their SK Arora Sai Mobident branch in Sector-7, Rohini. There, they took 2 or 3 more X-rays and then said that there is nothing but they would clean the socket of the wisdom tooth and my problem would be solved. They made me sit in the chair and said they would clean it, but they performed the entire surgery again without telling me. I got stitches again, and they still haven't admitted their mistake or apologized. My time and money have both been wasted, and I'm still in pain. And if I had listened to them and gotten the root canal and cap on my other tooth, which had no problem, who would be responsible for that? Is this any way to treat a patient? And who will answer for the fact that they unnecessarily told me to get a root canal and cap on my other tooth? If I had followed their advice, my money and time would have been wasted, and who would be responsible for the pain I would have suffered?
