I would like to share my good experience about Shantilal Sanghvi Eye Hospital. The hospital provides free eye check-up and free cataract surgery with very helpful and kind staff. Their staff members came to our home to do a free eye check-up. My mother had cataract surgery in both eyes completely free of cost. The doctors and staff handled everything very carefully and properly. After the operation, they gave a free medical kit which included eye drops, sunglasses, and a box to keep the medicines safely. They explained every detail clearly. From the basement to every floor, staff members guided patients peacefully and respectfully. All employees are well-behaved and provide very good service. The hospital canteen is also very good. They provide hygienic and tasty food at affordable prices starting from ₹30. Overall, it is a very good hospital with excellent service and caring staff. I highly recommend it.

My son, who is experiencing frequent convulsions, recently underwent cataract surgery on both eyes on the same day, and the results have been nothing short of miraculous. Dr. Nidhi’s skill and precision during the surgery were at the highest level of excellence. Beyond her technical brilliance, she was also very kind and reassuring throughout the entire process, which gave our family great comfort and confidence. The operation was unbelievably successful, and my son’s vision has improved significantly. It is truly a blessing to have such a dedicated and talented doctor. Worst experience. My mother underwent cataract surgery about 7 months ago. We went through a camp which was free of cost. Till date she is still in pain. We did followups multiple times to understand but the answers were very casual as if its a normal thing..Instead they asked us to take Dolo 650 everytime to reduce pain but nothing worked...My mom kept on highlighting about the pain but the doctors gaslighted to make her believe pain didn't exist. We did cataract surgery of her second eye couple of months ago and believe me it went so smooth that it doesn't feel like a surgery had happened.
