I have got nice treatment of my gallstones through laproscopic surgery done by Dr.Ashish Moudgil. I got my treatment through Ayushman card with free of cost. The hygiene was maintained so well by the hospital. The nursing staffs are also so experienced and good in nature. The GDA also doing their work properly. Doctors were always in regular visit. The food was also good and given on time.Overall it was a nice experience having treated there. Thanks to the Sharda Hospital and team 🙏🙏

Sharda Hospital is a massive 900+ bedded facility (with some reports indicating expansion up to 1,200 beds) that serves as the teaching hospital for the School of Medical Sciences and Research (SMSR). Critical Care: It features over 90 intensive care beds across specialized units like the ICCU, CTVS, MICU, and SICU. Advanced Diagnostics: The hospital is equipped with state-of-the-art teleradiology (CT, MRI scans) and telepathology services, allowing for remote consultations. Specialized Centers: Beyond standard departments, it houses a Panchakarma Centre for Ayurvedic treatments and a high-end Trauma Centre. Amenities: For international and outstation patients, the hospital offers visa facilitation, airport transfers, dedicated case managers, and multi-cuisine food options.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible care my daughter Parnika received during her recent three-day stay. From the moment we were admitted, the staff went above and beyond to make her feel safe and comfortable. Being in the hospital is never easy for a child, but the nurses and doctors were patient, kind, and always took the time to explain everything to us. Their professionalism and genuine compassion made a difficult situation so much easier to navigate. We felt like we were in the best possible hands. Thank you to the entire team for your hard work and dedication.. Thanks a Ton 🙂

I recently had an outstanding experience at Sharda Hospital that I feel compelled to share. Living in South Delhi, I consulted several hospitals for my wife’s gallbladder stone surgery. I was consistently quoted between ₹50k and ₹90k—an amount we simply couldn't afford during our current financial crisis. When we visited Sharda Hospital, the doctors were incredibly understanding. They assured us they could manage the procedure for under ₹12k, and they stayed true to their word without compromising on the quality of care. I am deeply grateful to the entire medical team for their professionalism and compassion. They are truly a blessing for families facing hard times."

I am compelled to raise serious concerns regarding the quality of medical care and internal coordination at Sharda Hospital during the admission of a critically ill patient. From the time of admission, the patient required continuous oxygen and NIV support due to a severe condition. Despite the level of care required, medical supervision was inconsistent. The assigned doctor did not review the patient on a daily basis, and in some instances, there was a gap of nearly two days between visits, which is inappropriate for critical care management. During the course of treatment, multiple investigations were ordered. Unfortunately, due to poor communication between departments, one essential test was overlooked. For two days, we were repeatedly told that the investigation had been completed, yet no report was shared. It was only later acknowledged that the test had never been performed. A particularly alarming incident occurred when the NIV machine failed during the night. This issue went unnoticed until the patient’s condition worsened by morning. Despite repeatedly alerting the staff, the response was extremely delayed. Only after escalating the matter to the grievance desk did the team accept that the NIV support was malfunctioning, and replacement took an additional 2–3 hours. Given the repeated lapses, delayed responses, and lack of urgency, we decided to transfer the patient to another facility. Even after settling all bills in cash, the discharge formalities were prolonged for more than four hours, further increasing our anxiety during an already critical situation. This experience demonstrated a concerning lack of preparedness and sensitivity toward a medical emergency. The distress caused to the patient’s family was immense, and such lapses could have resulted in serious harm. We urge the hospital administration to investigate this matter thoroughly and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence for other patients and families.
