I came from Uttarakhand after suffering a heart attack and was admitted under Dr. Nishant. I underwent an angioplasty procedure in which two stents were successfully placed. Today, I am being discharged in a stable and healthy condition, and I truly feel grateful for the excellent treatment I received. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone seeking cardiac care. The medical team is highly skilled, professional, and compassionate. I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Nishant for his expertise and timely treatment that saved my life. A special thanks to Dr. Dhiraj, the Medical Superintendent, who supported us throughout this difficult time and ensured everything was managed smoothly. His guidance and care meant a lot to us. I also want to appreciate all the nurses, GDAs, and hospital staff for their dedication, kindness, and constant support during my stay. Their care and attention made my recovery comfortable and stress-free. Lastly, I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Mr. Ratan for guiding us properly and helping us choose the best hospital at the right time. His support truly made a difference. I want to share an incidence which happened on 01.03.2026 (Sunday) when me and my wife were in queue for billing in respect of diagnostic tests. The staff person sitting on counter no. 7 (male, name not known) that day was uncooperative and simply refused to do billing for reasons best known to him. Despite several requests, this shameless fellow did not budge. I have been visiting this hospital since the year 2021 and have had an overall good experience with doctors (barring 1-2) and other staff. This is the first time I had such an unpleasant experience. My appeal to the hospital management is to kindly sensitize your staff on how to behave with patients and their relatives. Further, kindly take strict action against that staff. I will be also raising a formal complaint regarding this.

I would like to thanks to Dr Bimit jain, Dr Anirban kundu, Dr Gurwinder kumar singh and their entire team and CTVS staff who give treatment to my mother in bypass surgery sucessfully. who perform a great job and knowlegble & Experiance doctor. And the GDA specially appreciate (Mrs Ganga) and security staff is also co-operative I would like to appreciate Mr Deepak in CTVS who take cares soo much.
