Misleading Management & Mid-Surgery Hidden Charges "Pathetic experience. The staff is untrained and the facility is poorly maintained. They wait until you are mid-surgery to ask for payments of 35k-45k for lenses that should have been decided during consultation. They told us insurance was cleared, then person named Rajesh comes out of OT and demanded full payment right before/during the procedure. This is highly suspicious behavior and feels like a fraud. Extremely poor management and zero transparency. Stay away!" Only and only Good thing is here is "Doctor".

Dr Rawat is good. But no respect for patients time. We were told to come at 11.00 am and we were here at 11. It’s has been 1.30 no sign of any treatment. 10 Patient are called at same time. Dr has value for his own time but not for patients after paying 30000 for eye surgery. People don’t mind I think no one cares in Uttam nagar. Completely free . I hate as no respect for my time. I would not recommend for people who jobs and business, it is good for retired and disabled people. It is not very clean either as we can expect because of its location. staff was just being negligent and ignorant. I want to request DR Rawat please hire someone who can manage your appointments, who respects patients time also not just yours.

Pathetic service… the staff at the reception don’t know anything about the timing of the doctor only… they will call you early and make you wait 1.5-2 hours.. and on asking how long it will take more they will simply ignore your question.. especially the guy who wears spects… he is not at all helpful… worst decision of choosing to visit this clinic… complete wastage of 2 hours.. they don’t value their customers time..

Very experienced doctor, very humble, simple polite rare person dr.Achin rawat, i visited many time for my eye problem he gives proper care and time always thanks for every support sir

Dr. Achin is very kind and humble. He listens and understand patient very well and his behavior is very approaching. He is an excellent doctor. All my family members take consultation from Dr. Aachin only.
