I came here for my mother's knee surgery. She was asked to be admitted a day before the surgery at 3pm. By 5 pm nurses inserted cannula for the next day surgery , which is not the most comfortable thing, I understand medicine have to be administered but surely it can't be this early for surgery scheduled for next day afternoon. We had semi private room. Although the staff cleaned the room once everyday, but level of cleanliness is below average. Blankets given to patients seems like they never been washed. Toilet in our room was not once cleaned during our 5 day stay.Hospital is understaffed , nurses, helpers. Equipments are not maintained, in one room bed lever was not working and second room ,, nurse call button was not working. Poor correspondence between staff as they kept blaming the other shift members for negligence. Recovery of every patient is dependent on patients body not hospital's statistics. Aircon in the rooms are not well managed, either it is tooo hot or midly comfortable. I really hope that the surgery was done nicely, which we will come to know in future.

My mother went under Endoscopy DCR By Dr ENT specialist dr Amit Gupta. He handled the case very carefully and with person touch.Told us everything in very detail abt surgery before appointment. Guided us properly. After surgery care was really unbelievable. And cost of surgery is also affordable. We are really lucky to have good Dr like him arround us . Best thing was Dr , and cleanliness of hospital, staff of hospital, Room nurses , were super good. Our room nurse puja was there most of the time and she was very caring. We want to give feedback in the hospital only but didn’t get any form there so putting my msg here. Really great to get a good team of doctor good staff and hight of hospital around us in Jallandhar 👏🏻😍
