🙏 Heartfelt Thanks to the Entire Hospital Team 🙏 We admitted my grandmother to this hospital after bringing her from our village. At the time of admission, her condition was extremely critical — her BP was very low, hemoglobin was only 4, potassium level was 7, and sugar was 33. She was truly at a life-threatening stage. Thanks to the timely treatment, expert guidance, and continuous monitoring, she is now completely safe and has been discharged after 7 days. Special thanks to Dr. Ajit Kothari for his excellent diagnosis, calm approach, and dedicated care. His experience and timely decisions played a crucial role in saving her life. A heartfelt thank you to the ICU night staff for their round-the-clock support and compassion, and to the entire medical and support team for their outstanding service. We will always be grateful to this hospital for giving my grandmother a new life. 🙏 Highly recommended.

I was disappointed with MDM Hospital, and then I came to know that Shubham Hospital has a very good reputation. So I decided to visit, and I met Dr. Ajay Kothari. He performed my son's hernia operation. My son is also an intern, and he really appreciated Dr. Kothari’s counseling. The doctor was extremely kind and handled my son with great patience. From the reception to the nursing staff, everyone attended to us with care and prompt help. A special mention to the Shubham canteen, the food is always fresh and good, and the staff treats you in a homely, comforting way. Overall, we had a very positive experience at Shubham Hospital.

The service was not satisfactory at all. The staff’s behavior was rude, and patients were not properly guided. The patient arrived at 11:00 AM and was still being made to wait to see the doctor even at 5:00 PM. The waiting time was extremely long, and overall coordination was very poor. The staff did not provide proper responses, and even after asking the same question multiple times, no clear reply was given. Better service is expected from this hospital.

Dr Divya is gem of a person. She is very polite and understanding with her patients. She delivered my baby and always solved my doubts with utmost clarity. My pregnancy journey went very smoothly under her care.
