We had our first baby delivered at Siddhartha Hospital, and our entire experience was very positive. We were under the care of Dr. K. Hima Sindhu madam, who was extremely friendly, caring, and professional throughout my wife’s pregnancy journey. She monitored the pregnancy very closely from the time of conception until delivery. In the final stage, she carefully identified that the baby’s movements were slightly slower than expected and explained the situation clearly to us. Based on her timely judgment, we decided to proceed with a cesarean, and by God’s grace, both the mother and baby are doing well. Her decision-making and calm approach gave us a lot of confidence, and we truly believe it made a big difference. We are also very thankful to the baby care department, especially Manjula madam, and the nurses Bhavani and Sunita, who took excellent care of both the mother and the baby. Their support, attention, and dedication were clearly visible, and they ensured comfort and safety at every step. Overall, we are extremely happy with the treatment and care we received at Siddhartha Hospital. I strongly recommend Dr. K. #Money Minded Hospital This is by far the worst hospital experience I have ever seen. There is no proper infrastructure - no decent waiting hall for attenders, unhygienic and poorly maintained toilets, and absolutely no proper coordination between ICU, billing, and other departments. Everything feels disconnected and chaotic. Patients are kept in the ICU for a minimum of 3 days, whether medically necessary or not. After that, they are shifted to a room and kept for at least another 2 days. Practically no one gets discharged in less than 5 days. It clearly feels like a fixed billing pattern rather than a medical requirement. Vitals will be unstable till end of third day when patient is in ICU, all of sudden everything will be normal end of third day and recommend to room. Unnecessary tests are pushed constantly. Even when reports look normal, the doctor’s typical line is: “Everything seems fine, but better to do this test to rule out any doubt.” This creates fear in the minds of attenders. When someone is already emotionally stressed about their loved one, they will obviously agree. The fear factor is used strategically. On top of that, they recommend consultations with almost every specialist: cardiology, neurology, pulmonology, nephrology as if every organ in the body suddenly needs expert review. It feels less like coordinated care and more like a systematic way to increase the bill through multiple consultation charges. The doctor may know that nothing serious is wrong, but instead of reassuring confidently, they plant seeds of doubt. That doubt converts into more scans, more procedures, more days of admission - and ultimately higher bills. In the end, the entire insurance amount gets exhausted. What looks like “precaution” feels more like a carefully designed billing strategy. Healthcare should be about trust, transparency, and patient care. Here, it feels like vulnerable families are being emotionally pressured into consenting to everything - and paying for it. Please choose other hospital over this.
