1,190 on GoogleI strongly advise against visiting this hospital for any ENT treatment. The doctor was highly unprofessional and demonstrated a lack of skill and concern for patient wellbeing. His conduct appeared motivated by financial gain rather than by genuine concern for patient health. Before the procedure, I clearly informed the doctor that I have only one functional ear, and that any compromise in treating this ear could lead to permanent hearing loss. Because of this, I specifically requested the use of high-quality imported foreign materials for the grommet and Eustachian tube balloon dilation procedure. The doctor explicitly assured me that these materials would be used, and I was charged accordingly for the foreign-quality materials. Despite this assurance and payment, local-quality materials were used instead. When I confronted the doctor about this serious discrepancy, he did not provide a medical explanation or accept responsibility, and instead told me to take a full refund of the hospital expenses. Following the surgery, I have suffered significant complications and a severe deterioration in my hearing. When I reported these issues, the doctor showed no concern for corrective treatment or long-term consequences. While money can be refunded, irreversible damage to health cannot be undone. The loss of hearing in my only working ear is something no amount of money can compensate for.
