The hospital is good. Dr Ajay Kumar is an excellent surgeon. In my ward nursing staff is good but i specially thanks to parul sister & jyoti sister. After this I thanks to nirmala ji she is very supportive lady and always ready to help.
S.K. Memorial Hospital is truly one of the best hospital in the city. The facilities are clean, well-managed, and patient-friendly. From the moment you enter, you feel that you are in safe and caring hands. The staff is polite, supportive, and always ready to guide you in every step of the treatment.
Very bad hospital experience. Semi-private ward bathrooms were extremely dirty and the flush was not working. Cleanliness is not maintained at all. Staff behavior is also very rude, especially two female staff members at the 1st floor reception. The maintenance manager is also very disrespectful and does not know how to talk to attendants. Room blankets were torn and unhygienic. Most importantly, Dr. Ajay Khanna did not visit the patient for nearly 1 week, but staff kept saying daily that the doctor had come, which was not true. This is serious negligence. I do not recommend this hospital
