We booked a sonography appointment for my wife specifically with a female doctor at 10:22 AM. We were initially told that the scan would be done within one hour. However, after waiting for an hour, we were informed that the female doctor had already left at 10 AM and only the male doctor was available, and we were asked to come back later. The same situation happened with another patient who arrived just before us. This is highly unprofessional behavior and shows poor coordination and respect for patients’ time. Kindly improve your appointment management.

Very systematic diagnostic procedures. This was our very first time at Sampurna Sodani Diagnostic Clinic. Our experience was better than all previous periodical medical examinations. Keep up the excellent work.

There was very little communication, and I didn’t feel that they were attentive or considerate toward patients. Basic courtesy and clear guidance were missing. I expected better professionalism, especially in a healthcare setting.

I visited Sampurna Sodani Diagnostic Centre for a sonography and clearly informed the reception that I wanted the procedure to be done *only by a female doctor*. The nurse at the nursing station also confirmed this and told me that it would take *40 minutes* as the female doctor was on the way. However, even after waiting for 1.5 hours, when I was called for the sonography, a *male doctor* was present in the room. When I refused, within 5–7 minutes they called a female doctor from the MRI room to complete the sonography. This shows complete mismanagement and irresponsible behaviour. After that, they told me the report would take 40 minutes, so I waited. During this time, I asked *four times* whether the report was ready, and each time they only said “it is taking time.” No one informed me that the report had to be collected from *Counter No. 9, Only after waiting another 1.5 hours, I was told that the report was available at Counter No. 9. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and frustration. Despite charging ₹300–₹500 more than the market rate, the service quality and behaviour were extremely disappointing. Patients come here with trust, but such mismanagement and careless attitude cause great discomfort.
