My patient Asha Shukla has been admitted many times in your hospital but this time I am feeling very rude reply given by the staff ,this kind of behaviour is not at all expected from a hospital. They are not empathetic towards the patient's family who are already in lot of stress,
The Hospital services are good and the staff behaviour was also good and it's a well known hospital in kanpur for their treatment and services doctors here are also good and experienced. And it provides almost all the treatments and it's a multi speciality hospital with ICU, NICU and 24×7 ambulance service.
Visited the hospital for the first time. There was no facility for parking more over the side walk ,just as the main gate, was awful. Your responsibility is to provide cleanliness outside the entrance. Making money only.
