I had a very disappointing experience at this hospital. The sanitation level is extremely poor, with no proper cleanliness maintained in the wards or common areas. Such unhygienic conditions are not acceptable in a place where patients come to recover. On top of that, the staff is uncooperative and lacks basic courtesy. Instead of guiding and supporting patients or their relatives, they often show negligence and disinterest. A hospital should provide care and compassion, but unfortunately, that was missing here. I sincerely hope the management takes immediate steps to improve cleanliness and train the staff to be more professional and patient-friendly.
BEST HOSPITAL IN TOHANA ….must visit for your babies ….Very Co-operative staff and understands patients problem very well. Very Good hospital and Good service. Your facilities, and especially your amazing staff, gave me excellent care and made me about as comfortable as I could be! Literally everyone was friendly, kind and caring from the moment I entered. I just would like to thank and commend them all for making my experience as nice as it could possibly be!
Won't let us leave for ultra sound and is very over priced . ₹5000 for a simple typhoid fever. We bought the best room with ac and it isn't working and they are not even providing a chair . We are very disappointed

Basement general ward ventilation is very poor. Lot of humidity and moisture is there. Even ventilation fans removed from there.
