I had the worst experience ever with the receptionist . There was absolutely no clear communication about the waiting time, and her behavior was unprofessional and careless. Unfortunately, this is my second negative experience with the same receptionist, which is quite disappointing. The only reason I’m giving 1 star is because the doctors here are highly skilled, professional, and knowledgeable. It’s unfortunate that such a good medical team is let down by poor front-desk management.

Most worst thing just after stepping into the clinic is rude and disrespectful behaviour of the receptionist and careless attitude she not even asks anything regarding the patient. She simply takes money and sit even when we call for details whether doctor came or not she simply says in arrogant manner how I will know whether he is coming or not Also very awkward situation here in now a days is cash mode as payment there is no online or no payment will be taken if we ask them the receptionist will simply say get Cash and take treatment if not you can leave No proper cleaning or no respect to the patients even the people in reception and staff there will laugh at people and gossip behind the patients regarding the face and their attire. Firstly I would request management to keep appointment manner so that there would be some planning or organisation if this is not taken seriously you are left with zero patients

I had a very disappointing experience at Sri Nidhi Dental Hospital. The reception staff, especially the girls at the front desk, were extremely unprofessional. They do not know how to properly communicate with patients and, shockingly, used inappropriate and disrespectful language after patients left. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in a healthcare setting. I sincerely request the hospital management and the MD to take strict action against such staff, because their attitude can seriously damage the hospital’s reputation and drive patients away. Even 1 star also not deserve this I hope the management improves this situation soon.

We have visited Srinidhi hospital recently for my mother dental care. For the medicines We got charged double by the medical receptionist. The actual cost was 50 percent lesser than she charged. And has not even gave the proper bill. We come back to the hospital for the extra amount we paid. Then she refunded the extra amount. Thus is a ridiculous behaviour by the medical shop receptionist. Hospital management should not encourage such illegal activities. Please take some action upon her and make sure the hospital is to protect the people not to bother them.
