I visited Dr. Blessy, the ophthalmology doctor, yesterday, and I was very pleased with the entire experience. I really liked the clinic environment as well as the friendly and supportive interaction from the staff. A big salute to all the staff working in the South Block. Even though there is ongoing work on the second floor, the housekeeping team has been doing an excellent job keeping the area clean and comfortable. Because of their hard work, neither the patients nor the people accompanying them face any inconvenience. The housekeeping staff and their supervisors deserve special appreciation for maintaining such cleanliness and order despite the challenging situation................ Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my visit. The commitment, cleanliness, and teamwork shown by everyone-from the clinic staff to the housekeeping team-are truly commendable.
