I recently had my surgery and was very happy how the doctors catered to my health issues professionally and diligently. There was always a remedial measure to every problem that occurred. Really thankful to Dr Khanna and his team, Dr Chaudhary, Dr Biswaji , Dr Prishni and Dr Pawan, and all those who were involved for my successful surgery and helped me to psychologically recover from the trauma. Also, a big thank you and appreciation to the nursing staffs whether it was the OPD, Emergency, Recovery or the 7th floor. The care and patience they provided was amazing. In comparison to many hospitals in guwahati, delhi and Chennai, I found the nursing staff in Swagat the sweetest and best. Even the insurance department was vert helpful and kind during the process and h3lp in smooth discharge. The only thing which needs improvement is the canteen food. It definitely needs and upgrade. Thank you to Swagat Hospital and to your hospitality.

On December 15, 2024, I met with a very severe and horrific car accident, resulting in multiple injuries. I was admitted to this hospital and treated under the team of Dr. Ayushman Khanna, who is the hospital’s leading Director, Chief ICU Consultant, and Senior Anaesthesiologist. We must all agree that Dr. Khanna is an exceptionally kind and polite gentleman. However, due to several money-minded and incompetent doctors at this facility, the hospital's reputation is being tarnished everywhere. ​To get to the core issue: among my many injuries, I suffered a femur fracture. The orthopedic surgeon assigned to me was Dr. Chandan Nag Chaudhary. It seems Mr. Chaudhary mistook my body for a piece of timber; he inserted a titanium rod that was longer than the required size. ​When I began experiencing difficulties a few days later, I consulted Dr. Sanjan Das at this same hospital. He advised that another surgery was necessary. Trusting that a doctor wouldn't provide false advice, we agreed to a second surgery under Dr. Das. This turned out to be nearly fatal. Due to his treatment, I developed a severe infection. ​Having lost all faith in the doctors here, I had to be rushed to a hospital in Patna. Because of the infection caused by the previous negligence, they had to install an External Fixator on my leg. To this day, I have not recovered, and this device causes me pain more agonizing than death every single day. ​How am I supposed to give this hospital a good rating? The only reason I am giving even 1 star is out of respect for Dr. Ayushman Khanna. Furthermore, there is someone in your ENT department who seemingly considers himself the "left hand of Darwin"—I won't mention his name here, but his attitude is arrogant. ​I urge the management to keep a close eye on the conduct and competence of your doctors. Why do you play with human lives just for the sake of money? My family and I are suffering immensely today, but I suppose it doesn't matter to you. Once you have collected the money, it seems you don't care whether the patient lives or dies. Am I right?

My mother recently had kidney stone surgery at Swagat Super Speciality Hospital & Surgical Institute, and we are very satisfied with the care. The doctors were skilled and reassuring, the staff was attentive, and her recovery was smooth. Clean environment and excellent service—highly recommended.

27/11/25 I visited this hospital today with my father, who is a CGHS beneficiary and a pensioner, as he was suffering from acute stomach pain. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. Despite his condition and his CGHS entitlement, the hospital staff did not guide us properly or help us take any important decisions when we needed urgent support. Instead, they provided wrong information, which left us confused and stressed during a critical situation Even when we informed them that we were planning to take my father to another hospital due to the poor support, they showed no concern and did not even ask or guide us further. This lack of responsibility and empathy towards a senior citizen and CGHS beneficiary is unacceptable Hospitals should offer clear communication, proper support, and care especially during emergencies. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their services so that no other family has to face such negligence. Hospitals have a responsibility to treat patients especially senior citizens and CGHS beneficiaries with clarity, respect, and proper guidance. I sincerely hope the hospital management reviews this matter and improves their service so that no other family faces such negligence in the future

This is a useless hospital. Both the kidneys of my patient are damaged. He was undergoing dialysis at Narayana Hospital for so many days, so he was fine till then. I brought him to Swagat Hospital and he was fine for 3.4 days.It was fine, after 3-4 days the patient has no sense, for 9 days he has no sense, no stickman was done properly, my patient is no more 😭It is a very useless hospital, don't go there anymore on my behalf Blood was needed after And 2 days, blood was given 6 times, I don't know what was done, 1 blood was taken for 5800 rupees, I asked once why it costs so much 5800 rupees, they said once that the price of blood is 3000 thousand more.He had said that if you bring toner worth Rs 2800 you will get Rs 2800 back, now he is saying that he will not give Rs 2800, now he is saying that he does not know what test he does for blood, he charges Rs 2800 for it. Shantipur is swagat, that hospital is taking money from everyone do not go to such a hospital.
