2,203 on GoogleFraudant practice. Be careful. They asked to pay 400 rupees for a follow up 1 week after my eye correction surgery (smile pro). Upon counter questioning at the front desk about why I would pay extra 400 rupees when I had already paid 1 lakh 40 thousand rupees for the procedure itself. Then the staff did not have any answer and they told me to sit in the waiting room. As per the procedure, it was fine. But they use their malpractice tactics to ask extra money for a quick follow ups (400 rupees). If you question them, then they waive it off, if you just pay that amount, they will take it. To me, it is unacceptable and I am honestly sharing my experience with you all. The front desk girl who asked for money, her name is Neezat. I am attaching her signature in the review.
I had a terrible experience at this hospital. They let everyone in without any proper checks, creating a chaotic environment. There was no system to manage seating or check if doctors were available. Patients were just gathered in one place with no organization. The attendants seemed confused and unhelpful, making the situation even worse. I understand that getting a doctor’s prescription takes time, but the overall management and experience were extremely disappointing. And yet, they call themselves the best hospital in Punjab. If you’re traveling with elderly patients, be prepared for a hectic and exhausting experience.
Apoorva mittal had did my surgery of chalazion , experience with her was good. However I don't know how she forgot to remove chalazion from inner eye lid it was night mare for me at that time because I was scared of getting injection again. So please be careful while doing surgery so that no one else should go through such situation.
