I had a very disappointing experience at Ujala Hospital. The cleanliness and hygiene are far below acceptable standards for a medical facility. The toilet area was extremely dirty and poorly maintained, with a broken or open drain and stains all over. The patient rooms and tables were not properly cleaned, and even the bedsheets looked reused and unhygienic. The staircase is also very slippery and unsafe, posing a serious risk to patients and attendants. Despite charging a high amount for treatment, the hospital management does not seem to pay attention to basic maintenance and hygiene. Overall, it feels like they are more focused on collecting money than ensuring patient comfort and safety. The hospital urgently needs better cleaning, proper supervision, and improved facilities.
I must say this hospital is one of the best hospitals in valley. Affordable high quality set of doctors and brilliant nursing staff. Hats off Here two surgeries were performed to my father and i was highly highly satisfied .. This hospital is highly recommended
