I had a very disappointing experience at Ujala Hospital. The cleanliness and hygiene are far below acceptable standards for a medical facility. The toilet area was extremely dirty and poorly maintained, with a broken or open drain and stains all over. The patient rooms and tables were not properly cleaned, and even the bedsheets looked reused and unhygienic. The staircase is also very slippery and unsafe, posing a serious risk to patients and attendants. Despite charging a high amount for treatment, the hospital management does not seem to pay attention to basic maintenance and hygiene. Overall, it feels like they are more focused on collecting money than ensuring patient comfort and safety. The hospital urgently needs better cleaning, proper supervision, and improved facilities.

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr Parvaiz Sofi and the team at Ujala Cygnus Hospital for the exceptional care he provided to my father. During one of the most difficult times for our family, Dr. Parvaiz Sofi and the team of doctors not only treated my father with patience and expertise but also made us feel supported and comfortable. His calm attitude, clear communication and genuine compassion reassured us at every step. It’s rare to meet a doctor who balances skill with such kindness. We are truly grateful for the care, comfort and confidence he gave us when we needed it the most. Highly recommended.
