My father-in-law recently had cataract surgery at Varun Eye Care, and our experience was outstanding. The first impression of the reception staff is very pathetic and they don’t know how to talk to their patients. One of the staff said to me “inse kaho karana hai to karaye hame aur bhi kaam hai”. Teach your staff how to talk to their patients and maintain the decorum.
Hospital environment is too clean & hygiene....doctor & staff behavior is so polite & good.....recommend for visit
I was visited at this place along with patient i have observed some points here. waiting time too much proper information was not provided by staff. even the sequence number of OPD is not disclosed. At least 2 hrs waiting only for dr consultation staff behaviour was not good i have asked staff multiple time for my number no answer was give correctly. hospital interior was good but staff behaviour like that govt. hospital.
The staff and doctors are very friendly and my mother's cataract surgery went really well. The hospital has full insurance facilities available. Really liked the hygiene and the environment here.
