At least 2 hrs waiting only for dr consultation staff behaviour was not good i have asked staff multiple time for my number no answer was give correctly. hospital interior was good but staff behaviour like that govt. hospital.

The first impression of the reception staff is very pathetic and they don’t know how to talk to their patients. One of the staff said to me “inse kaho karana hai to karaye hame aur bhi kaam hai”. Teach your staff how to talk to their patients and maintain the decorum.
