Very bad ! Very disappointing experience. Emergency situation me 15 saal ki child patient ko le kar gaye the. Proper medical support ya guidance nahi di gayi. Staff response unsupportive laga aur emergency ko seriously handle nahi kiya gaya. Aise cases me empathy aur timely care expected hoti hai, jo yahan nahi mili. Would not recommend for emergency cases. Staff actually bad k Instagram scroll kr rahe the are you serious ? What kind of behaviour this is ? Do not go there ! I repeat do not !!!!!

This was a pleasant surprise when my Mother Veena Shrivastava was taken to emergency department of Your Vasundhara Hospital at about 8pm .She had a wooden foreign body (Wooden chip in her left finger nail .)The duty doctor and assistant in dressing room extended sympathetic cooperation which is very rare now a days. The assistant/ dresser removed the foreign body effeciently in १/२ a minute. The most appreciated gesture the Hospital authority demonstrated by refusing any charges for this service . My mother got great relief at Yashda Hospital emergency set an example of great ethical and prompt services.

If you value for money and time, please don't visit this hospital. They will keep you waiting and will charge fees even if you go for reports review as their prescription is valid for 2 days only. I have recently started consulting Dr. Girjesh Rustagi for my 60 yrs. old father (paralyzed) and it took more then 3 hours to meet the doctor, as he is most of the time busy with other hospital work, no matter how many people are waiting. Today I visited the hospital with the reports only (not patient) and the hospital staff referred me to billing counter stating that your prescription got expired yesterday. I even told him that I don’t want to see the doctor you can take the report and get them reviewed. He clearly mentioned that without billing receipt the reports will not be reviewed. I feel sorry for my father whom i kept waiting for so many hours to see such a doctor. Humanity is completely missing from this hospital and their motive is to only make money.

It's frustrating that the hospital reception often doesn't answer calls, even after multiple attempts. Moreover, despite having a pre-scheduled appointment, having to wait for up to two hours is not a sign of good service. Such inefficiency in handling appointments and communication is disappointing.
