I had a great experience at this diagnostic centre. The staff were extremely polite, caring, and professional, making me feel comfortable throughout the visit. The hospitality was excellent, with clear guidance and prompt assistance at every step. Highly recommended for their patient-focused approach.
It's my first experience in vedanta diagnostic. I had a very positive experience at Vedanta imaging & Diagnos centre.The staff is very good, well-trained, and very helpful. The reports were delivered promptly and were clearly explained. The staff were professional, polite, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and organized, which gave me confidence in the quality of care provided. Thanku and so much vedanta imagine & diagnostic all staff & doctors team
Cons: Ultrasound only open starts at 10:30 AM and effectively at 11:30 or later. A patient who has been fasting all night and is on medication is stuck because of this. Specifically for gut related problems where breakfast and morning medicines (if any) needs to be taken on time (by 9AM) causing many problems. Front office staff not very courteous. No lift, only tall staircase, which may cause issue to the patients. Costly services in terms of quality of service. Pros: In the main city, relatively okay in terms of cleanliness (could be better)

Good experience at the MRI centre. The doctor and staff were polite and spoke nicely. Overall, the behaviour was good and the process was smooth.
