To our family, Dr.Ravi (Cardiologist) he is nothing less than a God. He came into our lives in 2020 and treated my mother during the most critical phase, saving her life. I am extremely disappointed with the services provided at this hospital. Our experience was very unsatisfactory and felt like a waste of money. We faced serious concerns regarding my father's medical reports, which were changed and later communicated to the lab team. This caused significant stress and confusion for our family. We expected a higher level of professionalism and care from the doctors, including Dr. Ramana Reddy and Dr. Kalyan Chakravarthi. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet those expectations. I hope the hospital administration reviews this matter seriously and takes corrective action to improve patient care and transparency.
