I am very thankful to the hospital and the entire medical team for the excellent care provided during my mother’s retina surgery. The doctors were highly skilled, supportive, and explained everything clearly throughout the treatment. The staff was also very polite, caring, and helpful during the entire process. The surgery went successfully, and we truly appreciate the professionalism and kindness shown by everyone. Highly recommended.
Dr. Bisen is really good, but 2 stars because of the the front desk people and how they managed the queue. I have visited vision eye care for my Mother's. I have waited for my turn, but don't know when the queue was skipped.. when questioned about the same to front desk.. the answer was "sir aapki file kisi ne neeche rakh di thi" with too much bitterness. Just FYI - the file was managed by front desk management only.
Best eye hospital with very experienced doctor and helpful staff. The service is excellent and the treatment is very effective. Highly recommended.
