From the emergency response to my discharge, I received exemplary care. A special and heartfelt thank you to Dr. Ravi Shishir Reddy and his entire medical team. Dr. Reddy’s expertise, clear communication, and calm demeanor immediately reassured me and my family during a very frightening time. He and his team treated me with immense dignity and made me feel truly respected and involved in my own care plan. The nursing staff in the hospital mirrored this professionalism and compassion. Their attentive monitoring and kindness created a calm and healing environment that was crucial to my recovery. The hospital's infrastructure is excellent, and every process was seamless. My family and I are profoundly grateful. I cannot recommend Vivekananda Hospital highly enough. They are a truly exceptional team.

Vivekananda Hospital is highly recommended to anyone looking out for their hospitality and treatment. The whole team of Doctors and Medical staff are absolutely hospitable. Dr Shruthi Reddy and the team of Doctors, right from the Reception to the staff were extremely hospitable and really make you comfortable. My son was treated for hamerhoids and leaving with smiles. The staff and Medical team were really hospitable and polite. I would highly recommend anyone to this Hospital for their expertise and hospitality. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the hospital and the entire medical team for the excellent care and treatment provided during my kidney stone operation. The facilities were very clean, well-maintained, and patient-friendly. A special thanks to the women doctor who handled my case with great professionalism, kindness, and patience. I would like to sincerely appreciate the excellent medical care provided by the Doctor Sree Mukesh and nursing staff. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and dedication were truly commendable. The administrative team was also efficient and responsive throughout the process. However, I would like to share some constructive feedback regarding the overall facilities. While the clinical care was outstanding, certain basic amenities in the private rooms and general wards could be improved. The patient experienced inconvenience due to limited access to hot water and the absence of essentials such as footstools, a small table for patient to eat meal comfortable and proper door stoppers. Considering the tariff charged for private rooms, enhancing these facilities would better align the accommodation standards with the cost. Additionally, the prices at the hospital canteen appeared significantly high, nearly double compared to outside vendors, and the quality did not seem proportionate to the pricing. Reviewing the pricing structure and quality standards would greatly enhance the overall patient and attendant experience.
