What is NABH?
National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers (NABH) — NABH accreditation is the gold standard for hospital quality and patient safety in India, awarded by the Quality Council of India. NABH-accredited facilities undergo rigorous assessment of their clinical processes, patient care standards, infection control, and safety protocols.
There are currently 1253 nabh accredited CGHS empanelled facilities across 71 cities in India. This includes 800 hospitals, 67 diagnostic centres, 246 eye centres, and 140 dental clinics. CGHS beneficiaries can avail cashless treatment at empanelled facilities within approved rates.
