What is NABL?
National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) — NABL accreditation certifies that a laboratory meets internationally recognized standards for testing and calibration. NABL-accredited diagnostic centres and labs provide reliable, accurate test results that are accepted across healthcare providers.
There are currently 129 nabl accredited CGHS empanelled facilities across 33 cities in India. This includes 30 hospitals, 99 diagnostic centres. CGHS beneficiaries can avail cashless treatment at empanelled facilities within approved rates.
