What is NABL?

National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL)NABL accreditation certifies that a laboratory meets internationally recognized standards for testing and calibration. NABL-accredited diagnostic centres and labs provide reliable, accurate test results that are accepted across healthcare providers.

There are currently 144 nabl accredited CGHS empanelled facilities across 42 cities in India. This includes 43 hospitals, 101 diagnostic centres. CGHS beneficiaries can avail cashless treatment at empanelled facilities within approved rates.
