I am student of Gwalior Engineering college and also NCC Cadet in 15 MP battalion NCC Gwalior . so we visited in this hospital two times for a cancer and health awareness program like presentation and Nukkad Natak by students of Gwalior engineering college. We also donated blood two times.
Low level management. Hospital radiation o. p.d. start officially 10:30 but actually start after 12 pm , 01 pm lunch then Dr. Comes 03 pm to 4 pm, Patient faces problems. Low level facilities. Staff behavior is like irresponsible behavior. Patient's attendant whole day search Patient's file. If bed receipt not cleared , there is nobody facilitate for temporary arrangement to patient.
The treatment is good but the reception staff is very rude and irresponsible doesn't bother about the patient condition. I called them around 2pm that my patient is not well and unable to come can you prescribe the medicine online she said yes you share the medical records and the current situation in 1 hr she will reply. I called her at 4pm but she the doctor is busy just give me 10min again no response and then when I called at 7pm the new staff came and she said the doctor is gone and he's unable right now so you admit the patient it's your fault why didn't you came . If the situation is serious etc they were not responsible and didn't bother about the patient and didn't answer the call. Very bad reception service . Very careless can't understand the patient condition. Otherwise the treatment is good.
