The experience in BIMR hosp has been good overall. The response of doctors and staff of the hospital was satisfactory especially the doctor attending my mother. However the behaviour of guards can be more polite towards patient and their families. After the surgery, the patient was taken good care and response was also nice

Hospital is loosing it's credibility. Amature nursing staff, Ill behaving security staff they bully more than being cooperative, unnecessary protocol no facilities for attenders and due undue medical examinations, price differences in TPA and cash patients treatment.

generally its good, neat and clean. Doctors, nursing staff are good and punctual. Housekeeping/cleaning staff is also punctual and good. However canteen food needs improvement , roti becomes papad if not consumed within 15 minutes. All 5 days lunch/dinner only same sweet sewariyan. food quality needs to be improved , curry, tea, milk quality. Toilet commode cover is broken, jet is leaking, no pressure etc. Rest is ok.

Overall, my experience at BIMR Hospital was mixed. The hospital staff was very polite, helpful, and professional. They treated patients with respect and provided good support throughout the visit. However, there are a few areas that need improvement: The washrooms were not clean and require better hygiene and regular maintenance. The security guard’s behaviour was very rude and arrogant, which created an unpleasant experience at the entrance. I appreciate the courteous behaviour of the hospital staff, but I hope the hospital management will address the cleanliness issues and ensure that security personnel interact with patients and visitors in a respectful and professional manner.
