I recently had the most reassuring and supportive experience at Aditya Hospital. From the moment I walked in, the professionalism and compassionate care shown by the entire team made a big difference in my visit. The doctors and medical staff communicated clearly and ensured that all procedures were explained thoroughly, which gave me great confidence in the treatment process. A special shout-out to Manager Ravikant, whose leadership truly stood out. Ravikant went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly — from coordinating appointments to addressing our questions with patience and a positive attitude. His warmth, organization, and genuine concern for patients’ comfort made what could have been a stressful situation feel calm and supported. His professionalism reflects extremely well on the hospital’s values and service culture. Overall, I appreciate the friendly management, attentive care, and thoughtful guidance provided throughout my time at the hospital. Kudos to the team and especially to Ravikant for setting such a high standard of service! 🙌
Best hospital in mp ,well behaviour staff and the best management system
“Aditya Hospital stands out for its medical expertise, patient-friendly approach, and efficient management. The staff is courteous, facilities are well maintained, and doctors provide clear guidance. A hospital you can truly trust.”
My uncle was admitted here under Ayushman Health Care. Dr. operated him, kept him in ICU for 3 days costing us 1.17 lakhs(excluding cash deposit) from Ayushman balance. After 3 days, they said our hospital is bearing losses so we will have to discharge him and suggested to admit him in private. We did as we were worried. They sucked another lakh Rupees in this process. We told that their is still Ayushman balance left and that they should admit our uncle it. They told us some shady policy that there is a cooling period of 7 days, but the official website says that patient can be admitted for 15 days(treatment + medical care). They agreed to admit him again after their "cooling period". While he was admitted under Ayushman we were still asked to pay for few expensive medicines of which no bill was provided. They kept my uncle for 2 days and discharged him(while he still has his Tracheotomy on). They told us that we can buy the suction kit and do the suction process ourselves. We took our uncle to our home and next day we lost him. These guys are sucking money out of any patient that they find. Doctors here seems to be more money minded and less interested in actually curing the patients.
I recently have the most assuring experience in this hospital, my father had the paralysis attack, entire staff has taken really good care of him and he has recovered well within a week under observation of DR Nagpal, the management staff is also well versed with whatever they are doing, had a really good support from MR. Ravi ( hospital manager)
