I recently have the most assuring experience in this hospital, my father had the paralysis attack, entire staff has taken really good care of him and he has recovered well within a week under observation of DR Nagpal, the management staff is also well versed with whatever they are doing, had a really good support from MR. A special shout-out to Manager Ravikant, whose leadership truly stood out. Ravikant went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly — from coordinating appointments to addressing our questions with patience and a positive attitude. His warmth, organization, and genuine concern for patients’ comfort made what could have been a stressful situation feel calm and supported.
