Reviews from Google
I am giving 1 star only because Google does not allow posting a review without it. This hospital does not deserve even a single star. My patient was admitted here for jaundice, and initially, within just 2–3 days, his condition seemed to improve. Later we realized that this was only due to very high-dose medicines and continuous protein supplements, despite his liver condition requiring careful and conservative management. Before admission, his liver was healthy apart from jaundice, but due to wrong treatment, over-medication, and poor clinical judgment, his condition worsened rapidly and this hospitaldirectly caused liver failure. There was no proper explanation, no warning about risks, and no responsible monitoring. We were forced to discharge him and move him to another hospital. Despite making every possible effort afterward, the damage had already been done and we could not save him. This experience has left our family completely devastated. I strongly do NOT recommend this hospital, especially for liver-related or critical cases
While the clinical staff (nurses and doctors) were competent and caring, the overall experience at this hospital was ruined by utterly dysfunctional administration. The "care" ended the moment the medical team signed the discharge papers; the nightmare began when we tried to leave. We were told our relative was medically cleared for discharge at 3PM, yet we were held hostage in the room until nearly 6 PM. This three-hour delay was purely due to administrative bottlenecks—waiting for paperwork, non-existent finance teams to process a simple bill, and staff members who simply seemed incapable of communicating with each other.
Advantages of Mahakaushal hospital -: 1. Good Care 2. Quick response 3.Hardworking staff 4.Cleanliness Cost's of wards & types of wards -: 1. Private ward - 5500 Rupees 2.Semi Private ward - 3500 Rupees 3.General ward - 1200 Rupees Photos are of semi private ward.
The worst hospital ever. They are involved in so many illegal activities. Take bribe from people and handover the documents to unauthorised person. Extremely unprofessional staff. They are just looting the people. The management is fraud. The manager Sanju takes bribe to release the documents and give access of the file to any random person. My documents have been leaked and they have changed the history by taking bribe from the third party. Legal croon is being taken against the hospital
POOR POOR infrastructure!! Makes you feel sicker. Not confident in the doctors as well, no clarity on the condition for which the patient has been admitted. Not able to understand how are they calling themselves 'Best hospital in Jabalpur '!
