Very unprofessional. Booked a home visit for RT PCR today at approximately 10 am. Was informed that sample collection will be done within 2 hours. It is 3 ½ hours since then and no news as yet. Not even a call to inform that there will be delay.
Their reports are not reliable, even after releasing the reports they suggest to repeat the test also not sure if they are sending sample outside or testing their own.
Thieves! No bill has been provided despite chasing them for months. Plus the staff is rude when any question is asked to them. More than 3 days delay in report and that when they claim to provide it next day. No one picks up the call and no update is being provided. Pathetic service. I can understand they might be overloaded but the least they can do is provide an update. Even with such large delay, the sample collection is still going on ... Maybe to mint money from people.
Caution!! Worst lab for COVID testing. Please stay away. It is a COVID testing lab and no one is wearing the mask. Even the person who took the sample for RTPCR test is not wearing the mask. It is some serious negligence! And they took only nose swab sample and not throat swab sample for the RTPCR test. It is highly unprofessional. Don't know how this pathetic lab got 4 ⭐ rating on Google.
Very Good service on time and authentic report even they provide me the Collection facility and report was delivered on email before commited time. Will recommend everyone whomsoever is needed. Very good people and good lab.
