Disappointed how they dismissed my request for showing the package information thinking I'm some freeloader asking for free check up. Very very rude. And arrogant. I don't understand the training methods of the front end staff either they don't understand the request well or they are made to sit with a preconceived notion. After waiting patiently for more than 30mins for them to figure out the issues within the management and the insurer, why would they dismiss the request to show what all is available as I thought might as well get that done while waiting for them to resolve the issue at the backend.

I recently visited this medical center, and I must say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had. The staff here was extremely cooperative and professional. All my tests were conducted in a proper and organized manner without any rush. Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. I truly appreciate their excellent service and well-managed process. Highly recommended!

They open at 8.30 am till 7 pm. Place is well maintained and clean. Doctors here are friendly and otherstaff is also good.
