Several patients, including my relative, shared serious concerns about unethical practices at this hospital. Poor patients were allegedly forced to give positive reviews by taking their mobile phones. Even for simple health complaints, the doctor straightforwardly recommends endoscopy without proper physical examination, and patients were shown reports claiming ulcers that later appeared misleading. These practices create fear and unnecessary procedures. I strongly advise people to be cautious, not trust blindly positive reviews, and seek second opinions before undergoing any invasive tests. Your health and money deserve honesty and ethics.

I already had a confirmed diagnosis of Ulcerative Colitis with previous biopsy and sigmoidoscopy reports. Despite showing all records, a sigmoidoscopy was done immediately during an active flare without proper explanation or discussion of medical alternatives. After the procedure, bleeding increased, causing unnecessary physical and mental stress. Very quickly, an expensive 5-day admission package of ₹35–40k was suggested with assurance of “complete recovery,” which is misleading because UC is a chronic disease and does not have a guaranteed short-term cure. Looking back, I feel relieved that I did not proceed with the suggested treatment. Patients should be extremely cautious, ask questions, and take a second opinion before agreeing to invasive procedures or costly treatment plans.

The hospital admitted patients for conditions that could have been effectively treated with medication, which seemed medically unnecessary. Additionally, although a sigmoidoscopy procedure was performed, the report was not provided afterward. This lack of transparency and communication is concerning and needs improvement.
