We were really happy with the service.The staffs were very friendly and made us feel like home.They were really kind and helpful.Dr Shishir Agrawal and Dr Jaya Agrawal especially was very helpful and sweet.❤️❤️

I am extremely disappointed with my experience under the care of Dr. Shishir Agrawal at Aggarwal Eye Institute. In my opinion, the focus appeared to be more on monetary gain than on patient care. I was advised to undergo multiple tests that did not seem necessary based on my condition, and no clear explanation was provided. Patients are made to wait for long periods, and during that time, staff members (such as Ms. Pooja) approach you with payment requests. In several instances, I was not given a proper bill unless I insisted — and even then, a manual or handwritten receipt was provided. The overall management and staff professionalism were very poor. Some staff members lacked basic communication skills and came across as untrained or underqualified. The doctor also seemed to be experimenting during the consultation, involving assistants without properly informing or explaining what was being done. I have serious doubts about the legitimacy of the doctor’s credentials, based on how the case was handled. This has been one of the worst healthcare experiences I’ve had. I especially advise caution for patients using government panels or insurance, as they may be subjected to unnecessary tests and additional charges. Transparency, ethics, and proper patient care are severely lacking here.
