Worst hospital experience I’ve ever had at Centre for Sight. This place seems to care only about money, not patients. They charged ₹12,000 just for basic eye tests and consultation, which is absolutely unreasonable. On top of that, they quoted almost ₹2,00,000 for a simple cataract surgery — which clearly feels like they are looting innocent patients who may not know better. The entire process took nearly 5 hours for a routine check-up, even after charging such a huge amount. There was no proper explanation, no transparency in pricing, and no clarity in treatment options. The consultation itself felt rushed and unhelpful. For the amount charged, I expected professional guidance and detailed advice, but it was extremely disappointing and felt like a complete waste of time and money. The service was pathetic — poor coordination, long waiting times, and zero concern for patient comfort. The staff seemed more focused on billing than treatment. Overall, a highly commercialized setup that prioritizes profit over patient care. I would strongly advise others to double-check pricing and explore other hospitals before considering this place. If you want, I can also make it shorter and more aggressive, or more formal and structured for posting on Google Revie

I recently took my father for cataract surgery, and overall the experience was very good. The surgery itself was smooth, painless, and my father’s vision improved almost immediately. He was very happy to see more clearly right after the procedure. One area that could be improved is the post-surgery guidance. The instructions we received were helpful but not as detailed as we expected, which left us a little unsure about the exact care routine at home. That being said, I would like to give special mention to Receptionist Hariom Yadav, who was extremely helpful, polite, and supportive throughout the process. His assistance made our experience much smoother, and we truly appreciate his professionalism. Overall, the surgery has brought a great improvement in my father’s vision, and with a bit more detailed post-surgery guidance, the experience would have been excellent.

My experience at CFS was amazing! One call to Mr.Aman and he aligned the Centre Head Dr.Akanksha for my appointment which she promptly arranged. On reaching the place, Mr.Joy Kaushik took over and smoothly made my checkup’s done with Dr.Asmi, Dr.Piyush Bajaj and Dr.Pooja. Most efficient functioning with a smile in their faces makes CFS the place to go for anyone with eye troubles. All the doctors answered my queries patiently. Thank you CFS

recently visited Centre for Sight at Dwarka Sector 9 for an eye check-up. I had a very good experience at the centre. The staff was polite, helpful, and well-organized. A special thanks to Piyush sir and Saloni for their excellent care and guidance. They were very patient, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the check-up. The clinic was clean and well-maintained, and the overall process was smooth and professional. I highly recommend this centre to anyone looking for quality eye care services.
