I am extremely disappointed with the experience my family had recently. When a patient is admitted to a hospital, the least one expects is that their concerns will be acknowledged and addressed. I called multiple times regarding an important concern about my father’s condition, but unfortunately no one took responsibility or responded appropriately. Being a doctor myself, I know how important it is to be available for patients and their families when they need clarity or reassurance. Sadly, that basic sense of responsibility was missing in this situation. I have always admired this hospital and trusted the care it provides, which makes this experience even more disheartening. The kind of indifference we faced this time was truly disappointing. Thank you for making us feel unheard during a time when support and communication mattered the most.

My experience was very Bad. In my mother case they can't able to Trace illness, RMO are not experienced.They do worthless tests, generic medicines used in medical store, Private rooms rate are too high they are not spacious. In winter No Heater.fascility. Monitor for patient showing BP, Pulse do not work properly, No cleanliness in Balcony. Maina doctor visit must be 2 time daily

This hospital is very bad,they admitted my father in ICU while my father condition is not too much bad but doctor recommended this and after admitted my father,my father condition become more serious and pathetic,,,this hospital focus on only earning money.medication is very expensive and they charged everything whatever they need it for themselves they charged us for sanitizer and my father condition is more serious after admitted in this hospital and doctor comes only for 5 minutes even less than 5. Doctor of the varanashi city moto is only earning money I saw so many doctors even senior doctor doctor podhar uses motorcycle with colleagues and rounding all the hospital for earning money,this is so pathetic so please before admitting your patient firstly saw the review of the hospital,but that time condition of the attendent is not like that.other staff is good like billing staff nurses but there guard is behaving like they are everything.

My father was admitted here and underwent treatment for several months, yet the doctors completely failed to identify his real illness. Despite repeated visits and ongoing treatment, his condition kept getting worse. When we finally decided to take him to Mumbai for further consultation, we were shocked to learn that he had blood cancer — something the doctors here never detected. This delay in diagnosis not only caused my father unnecessary pain and suffering but also wasted several months that could have been crucial for his treatment. It is extremely disappointing that such a serious condition was missed for so long. The doctors here do not seem to investigate thoroughly or look for the root cause when patients fail to improve. I am sharing this experience so others are aware and seek timely second opinions rather than blindly relying on the treatment here
