I went there for my father's knee fracture operation. Dr. Amit Jaiswal was so humble and calm. Also, the operation was really smooth. However, the support staff is not at all good. I had to run behind them multiple times for a single tiny thing. The security staff was rude and unapologetic. They did not behave well even with ladies. Overall the experience was satisfactory. In a nutshell, medical staff is good but the management is where they lack.

I had a Total Hip Replacement surgery by Dr. Amit Jaiswal. I am very helpful to the doctor for his professional and friendly behavior. The nursing staff is also very supportive. Instead of being a senior citizen, I was highly motivated by the doctors and nursing staff. Cleanliness and hygiene was maintained all the time. Thank you so much for making me comfortable and healthy again .

I would like to begin by expressing my sincere appreciation for Dr. M. N Singh. After visiting multiple doctors elsewhere without any clear diagnosis or improvement, it was under Dr. M.N Singh’s care that my Father finally received the right treatment. His expertise, clarity, and compassionate approach made a significant difference, and I am truly grateful for the positive outcome. 1. Staff Behaviour: The behaviour of the hospital staff was consistently good. Nurses, coordinators, and support staff were polite, attentive, and helpful throughout the hospitalization. 2. Overall Experience: The entire journey—from admission to discharge—was smooth and well-managed. The only point to note is that for insured patients, there is typically a 5–6 hour wait after the doctor confirms discharge for the insurance paperwork to be completed. While understandable, informing patients beforehand can help manage expectations. Overall, we had a positive experience, and we appreciate the efforts of the entire Oriana hospital team.

5th March 2026 - Just to thank and Appreciate, the quick and efficient Doctor and staff, who attended on us (senior citizens husband and wife, from Chennai, on pilgrimage to Varanasi - staying in Dolphin Intl Hotel - suffering from food poisoning) Very thorough, efficient and very prompt treatment given, including IV injection and medicine prescription. Gratefully thank the doctor profusely. Great service Sir.
